Strategic Planning and Operations Committee

The mission of the Strategic Planning and Operations Committee is to Review and establish the mission, vision, and goals for Innovation Park and the Leon County Research and Development Authority. The committee oversees marketing efforts, strategic alliances, grant programs, Innovation Park planning, proposed amenities and marketing research and efforts.
