The Incubator at Innovation Park offers office, lab and manufacturing space located within the existing buildings of the park. Currently, Innovation Park is home to over 45 organizations that employee over 1,700 people. The 208 acres still hold room for further development and expansion.

Tenants of the Incubator will receive office space in the Morgan or Administration building at Innovation Park.
