The Incubator at Innovation Park offers office space located within the existing buildings of the park. Currently, Innovation Park is home to more than 50 organizations that employ over
1,500 scientists, engineers, technicians and professionals from around the world. Lots are also available in a 208-acre Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Clients of The Incubator can rent office space in a variety of buildings depending on their needs. Co-working areas, private offices, small suites and lab space is available. Innovation Park is located near Florida State University, Florida A&M University, FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, and
the Seminole Golf Course.
